• Bookings made from 1st July 2024 to 30th September 2024 are valid for entry.
• A prize draw will be made after the 30th September 2024.  The prize draw will consist of FIVE winners each winning an Orlando Swag Bag.
• Each booking made which includes at least 3 nights’ accommodation in “Orlando” will earn the agent one entry to that month’s prize draw
• “Orlando” is defined as within the boundary of Orlando, Orange County, Florida (eg bookings to villa/private home accommodation in Kissimmee / Davenport / Osceola County do not qualify). Cruise & Stay bookings can be counted as long as at least three overnight stays is recorded within the sales itinerary in “Orlando”
• Entries can be claimed by logging bookings on the Orlando Big Agent Rewards Site www.OrlandoRewards.co.uk
• Your number of entries will be doubled if you have completed www.orlandotravelacademy.com e.g. two bookings become four entries
• You must be a UK travel agent / tour operator only, employed by a licensed travel agency during the promotional period and at the time the prize will be rewarded.
• A winner is drawn at end of each period whereupon all numbers will reset to zero for the start of the next calendar month.
• Only bookings from UK and Ireland based passengers to Orlando will qualify.
• All bookings will be checked and corroborated by Visit Orlando with the Tour Operator, hotel or other partner applicable to confirm validity.
• Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attached to the promoter as a result thereof.
• All winners will be contacted directly by a member of the team at Visit Orlando
• You must answer all required data fields for a valid entry.
• By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a Force Majeure; war, civil or military disturbance, epidemic, pandemic, act of God, act of Government or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

Prize Draw Terms

• Each rental logged via Big Agent Rewards will ask for the amount of rental days the booking is for. Each rental day will be considered as a ticket into the prize draw. For Example, a 7 day rental will provide you with 7 tickets into the prize draw
• Every 3 months, we will select 3 winners.
• The prizes will be:

1. £500 Amazon Voucher
2. A free weeks car hire with Avis globally (full T&C’s are on the prize voucher)
3. A free weekends car hire with Avis globally (full T&C’s are on the prize voucher)

• BIG MALTA REWARDS – TERMS & CONDITIONS 
  • – The winner is determined by the agent that has achieved the most number of points during a calendar month by logging bookings on the Malta Big Agent Rewards Site http://bigmaltarewards.com/
  • – Additional points can be gained from fields marked on the webpage and these may change month to month; amount to be determined by the Malta Tourism Authority / Visit Malta
  • – A winner is then picked at end of each month whereupon all numbers will reset to zero for the start of the next calendar month.
    If an “agent” is the winner two months in a row the prize will be passed down to the next “agent” with the highest score for the calendar month.
  • – Only bookings from the UK and Ireland based passengers to The Maltese Islands will qualify.
  • – All bookings will be checked and corroborated by Visit Malta / The Malta Tourism Authority with a Tour Operator, hotel or other partner applicable to confirm validity.
  • – Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attached to the promoter as a result there of

  • – Cruise bookings can be counted as long as one overnight stay is recorded within the sales itinerary in the Maltese Islands
  • – 1^st prize winners will be rewarded with a complimentary stay at a hotel for two pax including breakfast within the Maltese archipelago. The Length of stay will be dictated by the hotel themselves as per their voucher but a minimum of two nights. Each individual hotel voucher will state any blackout periods, use by day dates and full terms and conditions of stay.
  • – To qualify for the complimentary stays, the winner needs to be based in UK or Ireland, aged 18 and above and still be employed within a role selling holidays / trips to Malta when the accommodation booking is made.
  • – If the winner changes job roles or companies between the time of winning and accommodation booking being made – the Malta Tourism Authority have the right to withdraw the prize from the individual.
  • – All other costs including flights, airline transfers, travel insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental expenses are not part of the prize.
  • – Additional nights will come under the winners’ expense and will not be covered by the Malta Tourism Authority/Visit Malta.
  • – To qualify to win a Gastronomy / Goody Bags, the winner will need to be based in UK or Ireland and aged 18 and above

Additional Terms and Conditions for Bonus Summer Reward

1. Eligibility:
   • Participants must be aged 18 or older.
   • Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
   • Participants must be currently employed in a role that involves selling holidays or trips to Malta at the time of booking.
2. Prize:
   • The prize consists of a £10 Love2shop voucher.
   • To qualify for the prize, agents must log a booking for one of the listed boutique hotels on the Malta Big Agent Rewards Site.
3. Condition Upon Winning:
   • If the winner changes jobs or companies between winning and making the accommodation booking, the Malta Tourism Authority reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
4. Booking Terms:

•               Only one voucher per booking can be won
•               Bookings need to be from 1st of August 2024 until 31st October 2024 with the passenger able to travel up until May 2025.

• This promotion is only available to Big Agent Rewards members who have signed up to the Azamara Rewards incentive scheme (“Eligible Members”). See azamararewards.com for details on how to join Azamara Rewards.
• Eligible Members making and claiming new Azamara Cruises bookings, created and booked between 1^st April 2024 and 31^st December 2024 (“Eligible Booking(s)”) will receive £10 per booking paid to members’ virtual Mastercard once the claim has been approved.
• Eligible members claiming in the Republic of Ireland, will receive £10 per booking converted into EUR (€) on their virtual Mastercard.
• To claim, Members must simply upload details of their Eligible Booking to their Azamara Rewards account in the usual way via azamararewards.com during the promotion period. Once approved the funds will then be automatically added to the members account.
• Eligible Members must submit their bookings within 40 days of booking creation date to qualify.
• If during this promotion period Azamara Rewards offer an uplift, they will not be combinable and the higher amount under this promotion or any alternative promotion will be rewarded. For the avoidance of doubt, promotion benefits are not cumulative.
• Eligible Members must allow up to 10-working days for any claim to be approved. This includes on-board or group bookings.
• Eligible Members must “Request Payout” within 6 months of submitting the claim for the reward to be paid to their virtual Mastercard.
• Azamara Rewards accepts no responsibility for any claims by Eligible Members for Eligible Bookings that have not been received.
• In the event that Azamara Rewards reasonably suspects any fraud or action conducted in bad faith with the aim of manipulating the system or promotion, Azamara Rewards reserves the right to immediately remove any claims or additional funds at any time or terminate the membership of an Azamara Rewards member with immediate effect.
